Available?

• Check the availabilities and calendar.
  • Please select the days from the calendar: click on the arrival date (usually Friday or Monday) and the last departure day (usually Monday or Friday).
  • During school holidays, whole weeks are often programmed in the calendar instead of weekends and midweeks. Get in touch if the calendar programming does not fit.
• Have a look at the rates.
  • The booked period starts from 4 p.m. on the eve of the first full day and runs until 10 a.m. after the last full day.
  • Arriving later or leaving earlier does not affect the price.
• Fill in the form or contact us with any questions, worries or suggestions.
  • Fill in or tick the required (*) fields.
  • Select an appropriate period. Would you like to deviate from the period? Get in touch.
  • And, the send button will appear.
• We will check your submitted form. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Price?

• Check the confirmation and the payment details.
• Pay the advance by the deadline (usually one week).
• Your reservation is ready.

Payment?

• Pay the balance (security deposit included) eight weeks before the beginning of your stay.
• As soon as we have received the balance, you will receive a link to the practical details for a stay in the Dojo-Haus.
• Tip: read the Dojo-Haus ABC.
• You will receive a text message with the key code a few days before the start of your stay.

Stay?

• Start the stay with the laminated checklist that hangs above the information table in the entrance hall.
• The caretaker will pass by the first evening to welcome you and answer any questions.
• Enjoy your stay in the Dojo-Haus and the Belgian Eifel.
• Finish your stay with the checklist that hangs on the wall above the information table.
• Drive home safely.

Deposit?

• The caretaker does a tour in and around the house.
• We will return the deposit within a week.
